Hello! My name is Francesco. My family originates from Puglia – a beautiful region in Southern Italy. For most of my childhood, I lived close to Venice, in EmIGLIA, RomagNa, until I was of working age,.  – the family, friends, co-workers, all influenced my decision to pursue my one true passion: Cooking.

For the last six years, I have resided in Australia, starting out in restaurants in Sydney, and more recently, as a head chef here in Perth. My cuisine mainly follows a traditional Italian style, however during my time cooking I have had the pleasure of working with chefs from all over Asia, who have been kind enough to teach me how to cook some of their favourite dishes, which has motivated me to experiment with fusion to further hone my craft. I have also had the honour of working with great Michellin chefs in my past, who have helped me further develop my cooking skills.

I have started my new cooking journey - to share my passion and profession with you in your home. My menu is based on traditional Italian recipes, and incorporates aspects of modern fusion. I love to make my dishes with the character and convenience of local and fresh produce, and I always strive to choose the freshest and best ingredients to cook with.

I will work with you to organize your entire dining experience – I will provide my own plates, cutlery, and professional kitchen equipment. I’ll even clean up after myself afterwards, as if I was never there!  All you will have to do is relax, and enjoy the dining experience with your friends and loved ones.
